Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any perfumes or beauty products.

• No Returns or Exchanges: Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Exceptions: The only exception is if an incorrect item was sent in error. In such cases, we will take full responsibility and arrange the correct product to be delivered.

• Condition: Products must remain completely sealed and unopened in order to qualify for an exchange in the rare event of an incorrect item being sent. If the product has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with in any way, it cannot under any circumstances be accepted back.

• Shipping Responsibility: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery lies with the courier company. We will, however, gladly assist you in following up with the courier should any issues arise.
